How we handle your information
We ask for the minimum we need to get a truck to you or release your vehicle, and we use it for that job and nothing else. This policy explains exactly what our forms collect, who sees it, and how it's kept safe. Last updated October 22, 2026.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (commercial inquiries), vehicle year, make and model, license plate or VIN, the pickup location and destination you give us, and any notes you add.
If you tap “Use my current location,” we also receive your device's approximate coordinates — only at that moment, only to fill in the pickup address. We never track your location in the background.
If you pay a deposit online, payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. We receive the amount and payment status, never your card number.
How we use it
We use your information only to run the job you asked for: dispatching a truck and calling you back to confirm the rate, processing impound releases and verifying ownership, setting up and invoicing commercial accounts, and listing unclaimed vehicles for auction as required by law.
Your request also triggers an automated alert to our dispatch email so the on-duty team sees it immediately.
We do not sell your information. We do not use form details for marketing lists.
Who sees it
Our dispatchers and office staff see your request so they can help you.
Auction listings on Autura Marketplace show the vehicle details legally required for a public auction — vehicle description, VIN and mileage — but never your personal contact information.
We share information with law enforcement or public agencies when the vehicle code or a valid legal request requires it, and with our payment processor to complete a deposit you authorize.
How it's protected
Form submissions are stored in this app's database. The internal dispatch board is restricted to authorized staff accounts, and only admins can update or remove records.
Transit between your browser and our site is encrypted over HTTPS.
Your choices
Want a copy of what we have, something corrected, or a request deleted? Call or email and we'll take care of it. We keep job records only as long as we need them for billing, legal and vehicle-code requirements.
